How We Began
Through volunteers, the outreach ministry started feeding the homeless at parks where they congregate and at the shelters in Washington, DC area. Varieties of food were cooked and dished out by members and then taken to various locations. It was a blessing to serve the communities in this capacity. We relocated to the Dallas area in August 2010.
We are not only wanting to assist the homeless and needy in our local communities, but we also want to branch out nationally with the help of more volunteers. There exists great joy in being able to help out the less fortunate. It’s very satisfying when we are able to help feed children and their families. We are affiliated with the RCCG, which is a church in Abilene, Texas, where we will soon start a food pantry ministry.
The ministry has brought together competent volunteers who are doing God’s work.
